No, at present, we operate solely as an online retailer.

Where are your products made?

Talavan products are designed with love in California and distributed across the United States. Our drinkware, housewares, and accessories are ethically produced in China, in facilities dedicated to eco-friendly manufacturing. Following production, our products are shipped to Placentia, CA, where our exceptional team meticulously handles, categorizes, and prepares them for prompt delivery to our valued customers.

Do you offer discounted pricing for bulk orders?

You bet we do! Got a party on the horizon? A wedding to plan? Or maybe a cozy family get-together? If you're aiming to be environmentally conscious, why not opt for a plastic-free approach? And guess what? You can save big with our discounted pricing when you order in bulk.

Our minimum order to qualify for bulk order pricing is 25 bottles. We are delighted to provide an automatic quantity discount where you can enjoy a 10% off when you purchase 4 or more items.

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it, we change our minds too! However, once an order is placed, we're unable to make any alterations or cancel it at the moment. We're hoping to introduce a cancellation window in the future.

If the item(s) don't work out, feel free to exchange them for a style you prefer or return them for a refund. Just a friendly reminder, domestic return shipping is on us!

Do you provide any options for gifting?

Our products are ideal for gifting! We provide various gift wrap options and even include complimentary tissue wrap with your order. If you want to send your gift directly to your loved one, we are more than happy to wrap it beautifully and include a printed/handwritten note with the package. Just let us know the message you'd like to be included on the note card by adding a note or sending us an email.

Do you have any special discounts for students?

Can we receive product donations?

What is the Warranty on the product?

Talavan offers a 1-year limited lifetime warranty on all products purchased from and authorized retailers. The warranty covers replacement of any defective material or component. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the product.

Will you release other colors that are not available in other sizes of your bottles?

We shall keep you updated with new colors and sizes in our social media pages so make sure to follow us!

Can I customize products?

Currently, customization options are not available. However, we're excited to announce that customization features will be coming soon. Stay tuned for updates on our website and social media channels.


What forms of payment are accepted?

What is the return policy?

Our return policy is simple: return faulty items within 30 days of arrival with proof of purchase for a full refund. Ensure the item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Free returns are available for U.S. customers. Contact our customer support for assistance.

What is the time frame for returns?

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of arrival. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or resend.

What is the shipping policy?

We provide free economy shipping to contiguous USA for orders of $20.00 and above, along with expedited shipping choices. Additionally, we offer complimentary same-day local delivery in the Placentia, CA area.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Where can you ship to?

We offer shipping within the continental U.S only. We are unable to ship to international addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Do your items ship from USA?

Yes! We house and ship all of our items ourselves so we are able to offer fast reliable shipping. All orders are shipped from city of Placentia, California USA

When will my order ship?

We want to get you your Talavan product as soon as possible. All orders are normally processed and shipped out within a day. However please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Product Care

Are your products BPA Free?

Yes, all our products are BPA-free providing a healthier and more Eco-friendly alternative to plastic water bottles.

How do I care for my bottle?

Before your first use, kindly wash the bottle. For cleaning, handwash it with warm, soapy water. Avoid using bleach or abrasive cleaners. With proper care, your bottle is designed to last for years.

How do I clean my insulated thermos?

For the best care of your Talavan Drinkware, we suggest handwashing using a gentle, non-abrasive cloth, mild soap, and warm water. Please avoid using the dishwasher. Ensure thorough drying between uses to maintain its quality.

Is your drinkware dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend putting your bottle in the dishwasher. The high heat and harsh detergents can damage the bottle's finish or damage the insulation and cause the bottle to leak. 

Can I put my thermos in the freezer?

Avoid freezing liquids in the thermos, as it may damage the insulation. Use the thermos for pre-chilled beverages instead.

Is the drinkware microwave-safe?

No, our drinkware is not suitable for microwave use.
